Ghuzi (Roast Lamb with Rice)

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb
  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 cups water
  • Nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil lamb with spices until tender.
  2. Cook rice in stock.
  3. Place lamb on top of rice.
  4. Garnish with nuts.
  5. Serve hot.
