
Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb
- 3 cups rice
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups water
- Nuts for garnish
Instructions
- Boil lamb with spices until tender.
- Cook rice in stock.
- Place lamb on top of rice.
- Garnish with nuts.
- Serve hot.
